About us

The Armstrong Farm has been in the family for 150 years.  The Elderberry fields were started by daughter Jill Armstrong and her husband and boys (Jeff, Joshua and Joseph). Elderberries were chosen mainly for the health benefits of the berries. The family has been taking Elderberry for years during the cold and flu season. The elderflowers also are harvested for tea and other elderflower products. The family's dedication to protecting the environment and pollinator species was another reason to raise elderberry and the reason for not using any chemicals, weed killers or other toxic substances.  Joshua and Joseph will be spending the growing season working with the fields and attending Farmers Markets in the area.

Owners: Jeff, Jill, Joshua and Joseph Bohn Currently 7 acres of elderberry bushes located in Cushing WI.
